Questions,
answered plainly.

The things clients ask most often — about the test, the ninety days, the food list and what this program is and is not.

Is this a medical test or a diagnosis?

No. The hair sample is used for Epigenetic hair analysis, a wellness assessment rather than a laboratory or DNA test. Your report provides a qualitative framework for discussion with Dr. Paz; it does not diagnose a condition or measure your DNA or gene expression. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Continue following your physician's medical advice.

How is the sample taken?

At home, using your own kit. Follow the instructions to collect a few strands of hair and return them in the prepaid envelope for Epigenetic hair analysis. No needles, no blood draw, no fasting, and no clinic visit.

How long until I see results?

Clients often report shifts within the first three to four weeks. By day 40, many describe their energy as unmistakably different — physically, emotionally and mentally. Consistency matters more than intensity, which is why the daily practice starts at ten to fifteen minutes.

Why do I have to avoid certain foods for 90 days?

Not because they are bad foods. When your body allocates more resources than it should to digesting something, that energy is taken from elsewhere. Removing those foods for one cell cycle prevents that deficit. At the end of the ninety days they are reintroduced gradually — and as your needs change, the list changes with them.

What if I have never eaten one of the foods on my list?

Even better. But if you were to start eating it during the next ninety days, it could cause the same energy deficit — so it stays on the list for the duration.

The report recommends a food similar to one I must avoid. Is that a mistake?

No. Sensitivities are very specific. Two similar foods — mussels and clams, for instance — can behave differently. If a food does not appear on your avoid list, it can be consumed.

Does this replace allergy testing?

It does not. Nothing in the report relates to food allergies or intolerances, and it cannot diagnose them. If you have a known allergy, continue avoiding that food permanently regardless of what the report says, and speak to a doctor about allergies specifically.

Do I get the whole report at once?

No, and deliberately so. Dr. Paz releases your results chapter by chapter across the ninety days, each arriving when your program is ready for it. By the end you hold the complete 24-page document.

Is the portal and app included, or extra?

Your portal is included with every program, at no additional cost. Vital Restoration and the Maintenance Circle include the mobile app as well, and one account opens both the web portal and the mobile app.

How much time does the program take each day?

About ten to fifteen minutes a day in month one, growing gently as the practice becomes familiar. Twelve weekly sessions with Dr. Paz sit on top of that, one hour each.

Can I continue after ninety days?

Yes. The Maintenance Circle is for graduates, thirty days at a time — a private session with Dr. Paz, continued portal and app access, and seasonal protocol adjustments as you move into the next cell cycle. Rejoin for as many months as you wish.

How do I order, and how do I pay?

Choose your program on the packages page and pay securely online by card — checkout is handled by Stripe, which emails your receipt. A short intake questionnaire follows, and the studio arranges your kit with you personally. Would you rather talk first?
