Vital Flow · Your Report
The Wellness Optimization Report

How deep we go

Twenty-four pages, three sections, and more than sixty indicators — a reading of how your environment, nutrition and stressors are influencing your gene expression right now. Not a diagnosis. A map.

How to read it

Everything is graded by priority

Results are shown according to the need for nutrients at the cellular level, from high need through to optimized. The guidance in your report concentrates on the indicators sitting furthest from the optimized level — so you are never asked to fix everything at once.

High need Medium need Low need Optimized

And you never face all 24 pages alone: Dr. Paz releases your results chapter by chapter across the 90 days, each arriving exactly when your program is ready for it — until you hold the complete document.

Section 01

Summary of
your results.

Your personal priority list, then your body's four great systems read one by one. Each arrives with the nutrients that support it and the stressors that unbalance it — flagged where they need attention.

System

Metabolic

How macronutrients are metabolized, and how hormonal and gastrointestinal health are affecting you.

  • Energy production
  • Sugar metabolism
  • Fatty acid metabolism
  • Protein synthesis
  • Adrenal & hormonal systems
  • Sleep and emotions
System

Immune

The nutrients that optimize your defenses, and the metabolic and environmental stressors that unbalance them.

  • Vitamins A1 through E
  • Zinc, copper, selenium, iron
  • Antioxidants & SOD
  • Omega 3 and 6
  • Heavy metals & chemicals
  • Spores, fungus, parasites, viral signal
System

Intestinal

The intestinal tract provides most of your cellular energy and shapes both immunity and brain performance.

  • Nutritional markers
  • Microbial balance
  • Environmental stressors
  • Restricted pro-inflammatory foods
  • Detox system
System

Cardiovascular

Circulation carries oxygen and nutrients where they are needed. Diet has a direct effect on it.

  • Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C, D3, E, K1, K2
  • Selenium, iodine, potassium, magnesium
  • Anthocyanidins, polyphenols, CoQ10
  • Taurine, arginine, citrulline, carnosine
  • ALA, DHA, EPA, AA, oleic acid
Section 02

Your epigenetic
markers.

Eight categories of indicators, each read against your optimization needs. Nothing is averaged away — you see the full list, and which ones are asking for attention.

16 evaluated

Vitamins

Key drivers of every metabolic process, and part of nearly all enzymatic reactions. Your report names the specific foods that supply each one you need.

16 evaluated

Minerals

Non-organic elements absorbed mostly through diet, keeping bones, cardiovascular and hormonal functions working properly.

13 evaluated

Antioxidants

Your defense against free radicals and oxidative stress — carotenoids, flavonoids, polyphenols, CoQ10, SOD and more.

26 evaluated

Amino acids

The building blocks of new cells and repaired tissue, and precursors to hormones, antibodies and enzymes.

7 evaluated

Fatty acids

The seven main groups involved in energy storage, lipid metabolism, blood pressure and the regulation of inflammation.

6 indicators

Microbiology

Bacteria, spores, fungus, parasites, viral signal and post-virus signal — the living balance of your gastrointestinal system.

4 indicators

Toxic exposure

Heavy metals, chemicals and hydrocarbons, radiation and electrosensitivity — with the foods that support a chelation process.

16 indicators

Electromagnetic charge

Electrosmog, ELF and low-frequency radiation, radiofrequency, alternating fields, screens and devices — the load we cannot see.

Every marker, named

A qualitative reading of cellular need across every indicator we evaluate. Gold and cream are nutritional; rose are the environmental and microbiological stressors we work to reduce rather than increase.

Section 03

Where the reading
becomes daily life.

The final section turns indicators into a shopping list, a kitchen rule and a signed commitment. This is the part clients live with every day for ninety days.

Release

Foods to avoid for 90 days

Your personal sensitivity list. The purpose is never permanent elimination — it is to stop your body spending energy it does not have on digestion. At the end of ninety days, these foods are reintroduced gradually.

As you move into the next cell cycle, your needs change and the list changes with them.

Avoid

Additives, by name and E-number

The specific additives flagged for you, listed so you can read a label in a supermarket aisle and know immediately.

Alongside them, the four we recommend everyone avoid: high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, monosodium glutamate and artificial colors.

Embrace

Foods that meet your needs

Category by category — vegetables, fruits, dairy and eggs, meat, legumes, fish and seafood, nuts and seeds, cereals, fats and oils, plants and drinks.

Each is drawn from the indicators your own reading flagged, not a generic wellness list.

Commit

Your next steps

Seven ordered actions, from avoiding your sensitivities through to reducing electromagnetic impact — each cross-referenced to the section it comes from.

Then a page for your own goals, written in your words, and signed with the dates of your ninety days.

This document is for informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and any advice on foods to avoid is unrelated to food allergies. Consult a physician before undertaking any nutritional plan or diet program, and continue avoiding any food you are known to be allergic to.
