The terms on which Dr. Paz Vital Flow provides its programs, portal and mobile app. Effective date: July 18, 2026.
These Terms govern your use of the Dr. Paz Vital Flow website, client portal, and mobile applications (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to them.
Vital Flow provides integrative wellness coaching. The Services, programs, reports, breathwork, and all related content are for wellness and educational purposes only and are not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not create a physician–patient relationship. Always consult your physician before changing your diet, exercise, supplements, or health practices, and never disregard medical advice because of anything in the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
Program packages, pricing, and session arrangements are agreed between you and the practice. Session requests and reschedules made through the Services are requests only until confirmed by the practice. Payment records are available in your portal.
You retain ownership of the information and photos you share. You grant us the limited right to store and process them solely to provide your program, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download your data or request deletion at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access other clients' data, interfering with the Services' operation, or using them for unlawful purposes.
The Services, including program materials, designs, text, and media, are owned by Dr. Paz Vital Flow and protected by law. Program materials are licensed to you for personal use during and after your program and may not be resold or redistributed.
The Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Individual results vary; no outcome is guaranteed.
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve; material changes will be announced in the portal and app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
